며칠전 9.2.0.8 에서 10.2.0.4 로 DB 업그레이드후 성능에 문제가 있어 OPTIMIZER_FEATURES_ENABLE parameter를 10.2.0.4 에서 9.2.0.8 로 변경을 했다. 변경후 성능은 나아졌다.
